Comments:

We limit the horses based on needs. Our horses all have the option of stall and or shelter during inclement weather or if they need to be stalled due to injury or illness layup. We encourage as much turnout as possible for horses mental well being.

Horses stay for an average of 90 days to 6 months depending on the horse

We have several that are retired sound. Those horses are given 30-60 days of downtime. Once we put them back under saddle we allow them to be adopted out to approved homes.

Services

Online listing service for available horses not at your facility: No

Accepts donated horses: Yes

We do not have a set in stone standard as to donated horses. The program is very new to us and I only take in the horses that I can personally see to the care of. I of course have help and volunteers, but from a financial standpoint it is unwise and foolish to take in more horses than can be cared for. I did accept a donated horse this year that was slated for Euthanasia because of a tendon injury that my vet and I felt was treatable with the correct treatment and time. This mare is currently sound and rideable. She will have a forever home at our facility.

Will purchase horses: Yes

I occasionally purchase horses but not as a rule. I have purchased horses in the past to get them out of bad situation and buying them is our only option to rescue them.

Intake criteria for horses:

All of the criteria above is dependent on the individual horse and our capacity of horses at any given time.

Offers permanent retirement for horses: No

Retraining provided: Yes

Training is based on individual needs. All horses that come to the farm get downtime from the track. They are then started back under saddle slowly. We encourage ring work as well as trail/terrain work based on the nature of why the horse was retired.

Procedures to screen adopters: I screen for knowledge of horses in general, then knowledge of OTTBs I screen the facility and care practices I check references- personal and professional (farrier, veterinarian, etc) I screen for riding ability. I will not adopt a horse our to someone who does not match the horses abilities.

Can potential adopters ride horses at the facility?: Yes

Return Policy: Yes

financial situations - I also have a no auction and first right of refusal contract lameness/injury - case by case basis No longer wants the horse. - They will be put on a do not adopt list for future If they do not meet the terms of the contract I will reclaim the horse. - They will be put on a do not adopt list for future.

Transfer of Ownership Restrictions: Yes

No Auction Contract First Right of Refusal Adoption Paperwork must follow horse and new owner information provided.

Adoption Fee Range: 500.00 - 1500.00

I try never to adopt a horse out with no adoption fee. I may lower the fee depending on the situation. ie. horse has issues which require above average maintenance costs if I feel the adopter is willing to maintain the level of care needed.

Additional Information

TAA Accredited?: No

Other Accreditations: I am partnered and approved by Turning for Home. I currently do meet the time requirements for the Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance.

She was naked and now, kneeling down, she stroked Skidulf's phallus with one hand, and hugged her sister with the other. Their mouths met in a kiss, and they squirmed, butts bulging out. - Now suck both. - and the Slavs took turns to give Skidulf a blow job. He just groaned and growled when their tongues and lips fluttered over his cock, delivering as much pleasure as possible.

Now take the whole head in your mouth. Richie smoothly plunged his cock into his parted mouth. He loved the sensation of a smooth, juicy head floating between his lips. Richie began to fiddle with the tip of his tongue at the frenum of his penis, again making Sylvia moan in pleasure.
