If the thought of living close to a TV or movie icon appeals to you, these neighborhoods in Metro Manila will give you the chance to see or even interact with the Philippines’ most famous celebrities.

Fairview, Quezon City

Multi-awarded actor Coco Martin has built his dream home in Fairview, Quezon City. His 2,000-square-meter house took almost four years to make and it was definitely worth the wait. He takes pride particularly in elements of his home that were made by national artists, like the main door designed by the late Abdul Imao. Within the same village is his rumored lady love, Julia Montes, who purchased a three-bedroom house with a walk-in closet and gym. Also residing in Fairview is Daniel Padilla, who built a new house as a gift for his mother, Carla Estrada. The ancestral house of the Padilla clan can also be found in Fairview.

Loyola Grand Villas, Marikina City

Located at the borders of Marikina and Quezon City is an exclusive subdivision adjacent to a well-known university. Loyola Grand Villas is home to Claudine Barretto and her two kids with estranged husband, Raymart Santiago. According to her Instagram account, several Barretto family members often come over for a visit. Actor Jericho Rosales and his wife, Filipino-Australian model Kim Jones, are also reported to be residents of Loyola Grand Villas.

Ayala Heights and Ayala Hillside Estates, Quezon City

These two high-end communities that are in very close with each other are known to have celebrities and politicians living inside their gates. Husband-and-wife singers Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez, as well as comedian Michael V., own homes in Ayala Hillside Estates, where they are known to make use of the village’s clubhouse for parties and sometimes even mini concerts. Infamous show host Willie Revillame reportedly bought his 2,200-square-meter Ayala Heights mansion from his former boss, ABS-CBN honco Gabby Lopez, for more than Php80 million.

Located in Quezon City is the high-class, guarded community White Plains. It is one of the first exclusive subdivisions built in the city, making it a nest for most of local tinseltown’s elites. One of its residents is veteran actress Helen Gamboa and her husband, Senator Tito Sotto, who live in the house her father had built for her 40 years ago. The modern yet tropical family abode of the Gutierrez brood’s patriarch and matriarch, Eddie Gutierrez and Annabelle Rama, can also be found in this subdivision. Marvin Agustin’s modern Asian rented bungalow is located in White Plains as well.

Tandang Sora, Quezon City

Comedy concert queen Ai-Ai Delas Alas moved in this district after selling her house in Capitol Hills. Allan K, a noontime variety show host and another comedian who partly owns the comedy bars Klownz and Zirkoh, lives nearby. Ryzza Mae Dizon or “Aling Maliit,” one of the country’s most sought-after child actors, purchased her very first contemporary townhouse here at the age of nine using her hard-earned money with the help of celebrities such as Vic Sotto and Kris Aquino.

Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City

Bonifacio Global City or BGC is Taguig City’s financial district and one of Metro Manila’s highly urbanized districts. Situated near Makati, Mandaluyong, and Pasay, it is no wonder modern structures, high-rise residence buildings, business towers, and entertainment establishments have chosen BGC as their location. One of the celebrities who call the BGC home include ABS-CBN singer and actor Sam Milby. His condo unit is said to have a chic style, with some of the designs and pieces inspired by images on Pinterest. KC Concepcion, daughter of movie stars Sharon Cuneta and actor Gabby Concepcion, also lives in a Western-inspired and well-designed condo unit in BGC. Her unit features some of the things she has collected from her trips abroad.

Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition’s first grand winner Kim Chiu purchased her 600-square-meter La Vista property as a gift for herself. The three-story, four-bedroom house is said to have a design aesthetic that mixes Victorian and contemporary styles. One of Kim’s neighbors is ABS-CBN president Charo Santos-Concio. Popular comedian Vice Ganda is reported to be building his dream home in La Vista. Reports state that his home is being built on an 800-square-meter property, and should be finished within this year.

Houses the philippines in celebrity

As an ordinary citizen, I have always wondered what the houses of the celebrities look like inside, and what tips I could get from them. Some owners believe in Feng Shui. Some refer from magazines, and internet. Now, let’s have some inspiration from our favorite celebrities as we go along.

1. MANNY PACQUIAO

Manny Pacquiao, the People’s Champ of the Philippines, has another house in General Santos City. This time, it is contemporary style, unlike the first one which is mediterranean style. This house is sleek and modern, and his garden is Zen-inspired.

Doctor, you understand what my mother would have noticed if she was taken in the ass. So she often does this with her dad. It is obvious.

Now discussing:

Calmly so that I would never see this next stupid and smug face again. And I must note to you that all these charming beauties in bed are good only there. When they suddenly accidentally open their mouth, such a thing flies out that all hope for an orgasm vanishes. Therefore, in such cases I always tried to pretend to be silent, so that the partner would speak less during the obligatory, according to the standard, cozy.
