Vice President for Advancement, University of Nebraska at Omaha Omaha, NE

The University of Nebraska Foundation seeks an experienced, collaborative, and ambitious advancement professional to serve as the next vice president for advancement (VP) responsible for leading the philanthropic program at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and partnering with its visionary new chancellor.

Established in , the University of Nebraska Foundation (UNF) operates solely to support the educational, scientific, cultural, research, and recreational objectives of the University of Nebraska system. The mission of the foundation is to the grow relationships and resources that enable the University of Nebraska to change lives and save lives.

The University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) is a premier metropolitan university that combines the resources of a doctoral research institution with the opportunities the thriving community of Omaha provides. With global reach and vision, UNO is large enough to provide opportunities students seek, yet small enough to provide the mentorship they need to achieve academic excellence, creativity, and engaged learning at competitive tuition rates. UNO is committed to and engaged with the city of Omaha which surrounds it, allowing students unique hands-on opportunities, internships, service learning, applied research, and other collaborative activities that enhance time in the classroom. UNO is forward thinking, student-centered, and devoted to the city it calls home.

UNO has six colleges dedicated to rigorous undergraduate and graduate academic programs focused on three strategic priorities: student centeredness, academic excellence, and community engagement. Areas of strategic expertise include STEM, Early Childhood/Child Welfare, Business and Informatics, Biomechanics, and Security and Intelligence. Tuition and fees are among the lowest of Nebraska’s four-year institutions. Its connection to the community includes the Barbara Weitz Community Engagement Center, which offers a unique space to foster outreach and partnership between the campus and the community’s nonprofit organizations. More than $ million has been invested in the campus facilities in the last 10 years, including a world-class biomechanics research facility, new residence halls, and Baxter Arena and UNO Baseball and Softball Complex, which is home to UNO’s Division 1 athletic programs. Over half of all students of color in the University of Nebraska system attend UNO, resulting in a highly diverse collegiate student body. The campus is classified as a Doctoral Research University for its specialized doctoral programs and comprehensive range of master’s degrees. On July 1, , Joanne Li, Ph.D., became the 16th chancellor of UNO following unanimous approval from the Board of Regents, the first woman of color in the role and the first Asian American in the history of the University of Nebraska System to hold an executive leadership role.

The next Vice President of Advancement will report to Lori Byrne, executive vice president for advancement and campaign director for the foundation, and work closely with Chancellor Li and her leadership cabinet. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished and driven advancement professional to define a vision and culture of philanthropy that supports the campus’ strategic priorities; leverage the critical role UNO plays in Omaha and Nebraska alike; steward an existing donor base noted for its generosity and commitment to the university; seek out new philanthropic opportunities with determination; and launch systematic initiatives to identify, engage, and cultivate the next generation of donors to UNO. To that end, the next VP will bring a strategic, proactive, and entrepreneurial approach to leveraging UNO’s existing relationships in Omaha and the region and to positioning the chancellor to connect with philanthropists, entrepreneurs, and business leaders who are not currently engaged with the university. Leading by example, the VP will personally identify, cultivate, and secure principal and major gifts; partner with gift officers to determine appropriate strategies and define mutually acceptable annual and multi-year performance goals; oversee up to 16 staff members and all fundraising and alumni relations activities across the university; conduct a strategic assessment of existing philanthropic strengths and opportunities; and design a road map for long-term growth and success in development and alumni engagement.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and accomplished individual to build a comprehensive, high-level advancement program, capable of meeting the objectives of both the foundation and UNO, and enhancing UNO’s resources and reputation, including the key role it plays in higher education as a beacon of college accessibility for Nebraska and beyond. With 8 to 10 years of leadership experience in successful advancement operations or in similarly complex programs (preferably in higher education with an emphasis on diverse student populations), the ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of all major development and alumni engagement functions; substantial experience in campaign planning and execution; personal success in donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship at the major and principal gift levels; and experience working with or in a supporting foundation. The successful candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to create effective fundraising and engagement strategies tied to a broader institutional vision and educational objectives; be able to create a results-oriented work environment that promotes collaboration; and build relationships with donors that inspire them to make UNO one of their highest philanthropic priorities. As important, the next vice president will carry that same ideal, internally, by building strong relationships with partners across UNF as well as with faculty, staff, and students at UNO. This individual must possess a deep appreciation and passion for the mission, values, and culture of the University of Nebraska Foundation and the University of Nebraska at Omaha. A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

Campaign for Nebraska - UNL Overview

My little son had no problems with the pot. Probably because I never forced them. I started planting somewhere in a year and a half - and pretty quickly learned why I needed a pot.

This is a setup. Lombada was already in some black panties and Karina's sandals, which she apparently liked very much and fit in size. Her body was very athletic, although not at all tanned. Broad shoulders, a third-size half-hanging chest and pumped-up quadriceps on her legs inspired respect all the same.

With all its appearance, Lombada made it immediately clear that you were dealing with a very experienced girl, with whom jokes are bad.

My favorite fun is whipping the inner thighs. These places are very sensitive and erogenous. For this spanking, you need to change the position a little. The girl should spread her legs wide and take her legs under her knees with her hands.

The dog felt in the mouth the smell and taste of the male genitals, their density. The dog began to clench his jaw little by little until the man screamed. - Tomorrow I come here, and another person already lives here, your letter of resignation is already in the office, but you are not in the city, and no.

    One knows where you left.
